Characteristics of education in Canada:
Study in Canada is renowned for offering multiple education programs of top quality for international students. It has high academic requirements and therefore the students who want to study in Canada must be from the population of serious students. Canada is most famous and preferred destination for students who want to take up specialized short diploma courses. Such diploma courses are very flexible in Canada.
Canadian Education System:
Canadian education system recognizes 4 years undergraduate (bachelors) degree followed by 2 years graduate (masters) degree. PhD commonly known as Research Degree in Canada takes 3 to 5 years.
Entry Requirements:
To study in Canada, a student requires High School or Equivalent degree to apply for bachelors degree. Application for Graduate and Post Graduate degree requires BE / B Tech or Mcom / MA / MSc degree. For all the degree courses, a student who wants to study in Canada must have 65 to 70% in academic records.
Cost of Education:
The annual total costing for international students is as follows:
–Tuition: Avg. cost is CDN 12000 to CDN 15000
–Living: Avg cost is CDN 8000 to CDN 10000
